Rally coaching

Me, Alex Fiorio, together with other professional drivers, as Alessandro Bruschetta, after many years of teaching at the Italian Federal School we created a new method to give to young drivers and non, our big experience that has grown in many years of competition.
The moment that the driver has major necessity to be followed is during the race. During this phase so many emotional feelings can come out, that can highly influence the driver in a positive or negative way.
By this time, having the support of who has passed 30 years of his life through racing cars and teaching is fundamental, to have a major mental calmness in the driver and to have the right racing strategies in real competitions.
Obviously we don't just stop ourselves in this, but we also follow drivers during tests, with advices on set up and on the driving. We organize individual and non rally driving lessons, using telemetry and with the possibility to have a technical support by high level experienced codrivers.
Some drivers we follow in competitions are: Umberto Scandola and Alessandro Perico. The ones followed as team manager are: Gianni Morbidelli, Paolo Ruberti, Michele Rugolo, Stefano Gabellini, Salvatore Tavano, Giacomo Ricci, Gianluca Vita, Masao Azuma, Marco Melandri, Mirko Giansanti, with all the drivers that have been to the Italian Federal School, starting with Rossetti followed by Cantamessa, Campedelli, Gamba, Signor, Albertini, Crugnola, Spataro and many others.
